As a Software Engineer you will be responsible for designing new or improving existing, testing and maintaining software parts and products, supporting sales with software questions and supporting production with software deployment.

This is a great opportunity to collaborate with our teams in other countries and to utilize both your software skills and your creative skills to create new solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement software for our PC based products
  • Perform and support integration tests.
  • Create and maintain operating system Images for our products (mainly Windows based)
  • Support sales and customer with support request
  • Manage server infrastructure for Software deployment in production
  • Support image deployment in production
  • Create project schedules, conduct feasibility studies, and estimate development costs.
  • Support hardware engineers with component selection.
  • Create software specifications (architecture and design documents in UML) while working closely with Project Manager to define requirements.
  • Create software for internal use.
  • Perform design reviews.
  • Maintain detailed records and prepare communications and reports as needed.
  • Interact professionally on a regular basis with staff, vendors and the general public.
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering Technology or Computer Science
  • One to five years of design experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Commanding knowledge of C#, Microsoft .Net, WPF, Windows Powershell (optional: Phyton, HTML5, Javascript)
  • Ability to develop code based on OOP and other object based structures.
  • Experience with IT Administration and Windows image deployment
