The System Network Administrator will work on assigned projects throughout the organization which require both analytical and interpersonal skills.  Responsible for overseeing the proper functioning of all servers and employee computers in the Company network.  Highly computer literate with proven networking stills and experience. Quick to learn and understand new systems and concepts.  Ability to interface with all levels of organization acting as an overall coordinator with other departments. Exposure to warehousing / logistics environment an advantage.  This person must be available to travel to Twinsburg, OH for several weeks for specialized training.  

As a Network Analyst you will be responsible for a variety of projects such as:

  • Maintain all desktop and laptop PCs in use company-wide.
  • Perform troubleshooting on servers, laptops, desktops and printers.
  • Maintain the functioning of all servers and the necessary updates.
  • Manage help desk tickets.
  • Order computers, printers, servers and related supplies; ensuring delivery, inventory and placement.
  • Maintain the active directory of users and computers.
  • Maintain the server and ensures clients are updated.
  • Perform on-call and evening support duties as required.
  • Direct staff job results by coaching, training, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
  • Maintain detailed records and prepares communications and reports as needed. 
  • Interact professionally on a regular basis with staff, vendors and the general public.
  • Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed.

The background you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similarly related area of study.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator in a manufacturing environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server and client software, Active Directory and use of intranet and internet.
