We are looking for a top performer to fill our current need for a Customer Service Representative with Pepperl+​Fuchs in our Twinsburg, OH office.​ (This is an office position and does not have a work from home option.) As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing solutions to our customers and distributors. You'll be an integral part of our team, and have an opportunity to learn our products and our industry while forming a solid foundation for a long, successful; interesting career.  The Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with and addressing customer needs, including quoting price and availability of products as well as completing order entry. This position is key to our successful relationships with our customers!

A successful candidate:

  • Interacts daily with customers via phone and email.
  • Enters customer's orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Researches customer problems and discrepancies.
  • Maintains detailed records and prepares communications as needed.
  • Inputs quote information.
  • Issues credits, debits and return authorizations when appropriate.
  • Partners with sales team sharing information on supply pricing, availability and the status of customer orders.
  • Expedites orders when necessary.
  • Works with a team of high performers to create a positive experience.

The background you’ll need:

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent customer service work experience.  
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and use of intranet and internet.
  • Experience working with an accounting office to establish payment terms for new accounts.
  • Experience working with an electronic inventory system.
