A leading developer in the global automation market, Pepperl+Fuchs is looking for a hardworking, ambitious individual to fill a Human Resource Coordinator for our new facility in Katy, Texas.  This position will support the production and manufacturing employees as well as assist in recruiting for these positions.  This position will coordinate with the HR team in Twinsburg, OH and Houston, TX.

A successful candidate must be able to work in a fast pace environment while quickly connecting with people in a poised, convincing, and enthusiastic way.  This job will be integral in helping to staff our new facility.

This job will require a strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive to get things done correctly, with emphasis on working with people in the process. Understanding people well and using that understanding effectively to motivate and persuade others to act, will be an important aspect of the job.  

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of functions including:

  • Recruiting for entry level positions
  • Onboarding/Orientations
  • Benefits Explanations
  • Employee Relations/Appreciation
  • Policy Documentation
  • Compliance/Record Keeping
  • Employee Separation Documentation
  • WC Administration


  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field required/ equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of total business experience is required with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in HR Related field
  • Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced evolving environment
  • Skills in handling conflict resolution situations
  • Ability to be discreet with confidential information and sensitive issues
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems
